Manogaram, the sweet murukku has its firm roots in many joyous occasions. This traditional and conventional sweet is a soft, spongy and sweet version of murukku. 

€˜Manam Silirthal Manogaram€™ goes an old saying, which when translated €˜make Manogaram when one is happy from heart€™. Quiet popular in Tamilnadu and Andhra Pradesh , Manogaram is a must during festivals like Janmashtami and Karthigai deepam. In many communities in Tamilnadu it€™s a practice to make Manogaram for occasions like weddings, house warming, seemandham etc in the form of Paruppu Thengai.  Paruppu thengai is a conical shape casing filled with any of the sweet like Manogaram,Mysorepa,Kadalai urundai. It is considered auspicious.

Manogaram is a classic combo of sweet and savory taste. The pinch of cardamom and Sukku brings melody to the mouth. Mildly salted murukku is dunked in jaggery syrup which makes the dish crunchy.  Manogaram has a good shelf life and it makes perfect choice for sending sweets to dear ones living far.

Estimated delivery is given against each order. Chennai orders will be delivered Next day.

3) How will my order be delivered?

Deliveries across Chennai -

 Our own delivery executives will deliver your order for orders within Chennai in  Sweet Karam Coffee signature bag.

Deliveries across Bangalore -

Order will be delivered by our Last mile delivery partner for orders within Bangalore in Sweet Karam Coffee signature bag.

 Deliveries to other places EXCEPT Chennai & Bangalore -

 Courier companies offering the best services are roped in to deliver your products safely for orders outside Chennai.


4) How will I get information regarding my order delivery?

Chennai & Bangalore order: customer will be called by our delivery team prior to their order getting dispatched.

Non-Chennai & Bangalore order: customer will receive the AWB No. at the registered email ID using which the tracking can be done using the tracking link attached to the email. The courier partner will get in touch with you prior to the delivery.

 

5) What if I am not available during the time of delivery?

Chennai orders: Delivery will be rescheduled again the very next day.

Non-Chennai orders: Delivery will be rescheduled again after discussions with our courier partner and the rescheduled date will be provided.



6) What happens if a wrong address or phone number is provided?

Chennai orders & Bangalore orders: Address can be changed by directly calling our customer support number or sending a mail to our official mail id care@sweetkaramcoffee.in

Non-Chennai  & Bangalore Orders: 

Pre Dispatch: Address can be changed by directly calling our customer support number or sending a mail to our official mail id care@sweetkaramcoffee.in.

Post Dispatch: Address Line only can be changed,by directly calling our customer support number or sending a mail to our official mail id care@sweetkaramcoffee.in.

7) What is the procedure to cancel the order?

Cancellation of order can be done by calling our customer support number. However, cancellation of order can only be done within two hours of order time.

 

8) Can I request for a Proof Of Delivery (POD)?

Yes, Proof Of Delivery will be provided two days from the requested date.
Note: Proof Of Delivery available only for 3days from the date of delivery.

 

9) What happens when there is National Holiday?

Orders will not be Processed or Dispatched during National Holidays.

 

Refund Policy - 

NOTE:

In all the below cases, the products will be returned to us either through our courier partner or to our delivery executive depending on the delivery location. The pickup for which will be scheduled by us.


1) What if delivery of the order is delayed beyond the given timeline?

Chennai orders: Order will be arranged for delivery on the 2nd business day. If it gets delayed beyond that order amount will be refunded as loyalty points.

Non-Chennai orders: Only the dispatch date can be assured by sweetkaramcoffee.in. With respect to delivery (please find our delivery timeline) if it is beyond the mentioned delivery time, the issue will be raised with our courier partner and delivery will be arranged in 24-48hrs. If it gets delayed further, reshipment will be processed.


2) What if the product is out of stock?
Information will be provided about the same and the product amount will be refunded as loyalty points.

3) How will I get my refund?
Refunds related to any order will be evaluated and will be issued as loyalty points which can be redeemed as store credit to place the subsequent order.

4) What if the items I have received are damaged?
Damages will be verified based on photographs of corresponding products shared by you. Based on the evaluation, the refund will be issued as loyalty points.

5) Is it possible for me to get the money refunded?
No, the refund will only be issued as loyalty points.

6) What if an item is missed out?
You will be notified well in advance regarding the missed out products. Apart from this, if there is a discrepancy in the order, it will be verified with the photographs of the products received against the photograph of the physical invoice attached along with your order.

7) What if I have a quality complaint?
The details regarding the quality complaint must be explained clearly to our customer support executive and the refund is clearly subjected to the management’s decision.

8) How long will it take for me to get my refund?
Anywhere between 48-72 business hours from the date of delivery.

9) How long do I have to report a complaint regarding a product?
Any complaint needs to be raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

This is one of my favourite dish. I ordered it because of the same reason. When I was young my mother used to prepare this. The taste of yours is exactly as same as what my mother would prepare! Excellent stuff indeed and thank you for providing that same taste.
