What Tapovana Organic Farm do?

  • Also, encourages farmers to breed country cows for organic manure and milk.

Shelf Life: Organic grocers has less life and required high maintenance. Hence product should preserve in air-tight container as soon as you opened.

To enable CONTACTLESS DELIVERIES, we accept only online payment methods at present. All major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Netbanking, UPI and PayTM payment modes (available when you click on Online payment mode in the final payment page).

 

COD Payment method is temporarily unavailable to enable Contactless Deliveries.

  • Rs.49 Shipping Charges for the orders less than Rs.500 
  • Rs.49 will be charged separately for the orders with Organic Vegetable/Fruit

DELIVERY

Deliveries to be Impacted Due to Night Curfew & Lockdown in Several States Across the Country. There may be a delay upto 24-72hrs from the committed delivery timeline.

  1. 1. How will I get information regarding my order delivery?
  2. 2. Chennai customers will be called by our delivery team prior to their order getting dispatched.
  3. 3. Non-Chennai customers will receive an AWB No. at the registered email ID using which the tracking can be done using the tracking link attached to the email. The courier partner will get in touch with you prior to the delivery. 
What if I am not available during the time of delivery?
  1. Chennai orders: Delivery will be rescheduled again the very next day.
  2.  Non-Chennai orders: Delivery will be rescheduled again after discussions with our courier partner and the rescheduled date will be provided.
What happens if a wrong address or phone number is provided?
  1. Chennai orders: Address can be changed by directly calling our customer support number or sending a mail to our official mail id
  2. Non-Chennai orders: Additional cost of Rs.50 would be charged for changing the address or phone number as charged by the respective courier partner. 

What is the procedure to cancel the order? Cancellation of order can be done by calling our customer support number. However, order cannot be cancelled post 24hrs and no refund or coupons for cancelling the order at the time of delivery since it is food products.


Can I request for a Proof Of Delivery (POD)? Yes, Proof Of Delivery should be raised same day and we will be provided two days from the requested date.


What happens when there is a National Holiday ? Orders will not be Processed or Dispatched during National Holidays.


What happens if order placed on Saturday & Sunday? Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be processed only on next business day and it will be despatched on second business day.

Refund Policy - In all the below cases, the products will be returned to us either through our courier partner or to our delivery executive depending on the delivery location. The pickup for which will be scheduled by us.

What if delivery of the order is delayed beyond the given timeline?

  • Chennai orders: Order will be arranged for delivery the very next day. If it gets delayed more than 3 days from the shipping policy, order amount will be refunded as coupon code. 
  • Non-Chennai orders: Only the dispatch date can be assured by sweetkaramcoffee.in. The issue will be raised with our courier partner and delivery will be arranged as soon as possible. Refunds for Non Chennai Orders will be decided depending on the products shelf life. Refunds will be given only as coupon code.

What if the product is out of stock? Information will be provided about the same and the product amount will be refunded as coupon code.

How will I get my refund?  Refunds related to any order will be evaluated and will be issued as coupon code which can be redeemed as store credit to place the subsequent order. 

What if the items I have received are damaged? Damages will be verified based on photographs of corresponding products shared by you. Based on the evaluation, the refund will be issued as loyalty points. 

Is it possible for me to get the money refunded? No, the refund will only be issued as coupon code. 

What if an item is missed out? You will be notified well in advance regarding the missed out products. Apart from this, if there is a discrepancy in the order, it will be verified with the photographs of the products received against the photograph of the physical invoice attached along with your order. Missed out products will be reshipped or equivalent amount will be issued as coupon code only.

What if I have a quality complaint? The details regarding the quality complaint must be explained clearly to our customer support executive and equivalent amount will be issued as coupon code, all these are completely up-to management decision.

How long will it take for me to get my refund? Anywhere between 5-7 business days from the date of delivery. 

How long do I have to report a complaint regarding a product? Any complaint needs to be raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
