Ingredients:
Coriander Seeds, Whole Red Chillies, Cumin Seeds, Black Pepper, Toor Dal, Methi Seeds, Tomato, Tamarind, Asafoetida, Turmeric, Curry leaves, Mustard, Cumin Seeds.
How to Use:
1) Add 1 tb.sp Instant Rasam Mix to 1 cup of water. Add crushed garlic if required.
2) Boil it for 2 to 3 min. Add required salt. Put off the flame.
3) Add fresh coriander leaves. Close with a lid, let it rest for a few minutes.
4) Serve it with hot steaming rice.
