The thalipu vadagam is good. But it's too dry. No oil in that.

How to use:
1) Temper Mustard ,Bengal gram, Curry leaves and Asafoetida (if required) in Gingelly oil.
2) In a separate vessel take the required quantity of Milagu Kuzhambu Mix Podi, mix it in warm water and stir it well without any lumps.
3) Add this mixture to the vessel in the stove cook for 5 minutes or till the desired consistency is achieved. Add a bit of Jaggery and salt if required.
4) Serve Hot Milagu Kuzhambu Rice with Roasted Papad.
Store it in a cool and dry place in an air-tight container
