Ingredients:

Dhania/Coriander seed, Urad Dal, Chana Dal, Vendhayam/Methi, Pepper, Red Chilli, Black Sesame, Tamarind, Asafoetida, Mustard, Ground Nuts, Curry Leaves, Salt.

How to use:

1) Temper Mustard, Curry leaves and Asafoetida (if reqd) in Gingelly oil.
2) Add required quantity of instant Puliyodarai mix powder to it and saute it for about 2 to 3 minutes.
3) Add cooked rice to this mixture and mix it well. Add salt if required.
