DIWALI PRE ORDERS:
- All Diwali Pre orders will be dispatched separately and will be delivered on or before 13th of November 2020.
- Non Chennai Diwali Pre Orders to be cancelled on / or before 4th November 2020, Post this cancellation will not be accepted.
- Chennai Diwali Pre Orders to be cancelled on / before 9th of November 2020, post this cancellation will not be accepted.
- Cancelled order value only can be refund as loyalty points, we don't offer any cash refunds.
- Product Damage Complaint should be raised within 24hrs from the time of delivery.
ORGANIC VEGGIES & FRUITS
We start to deliver this product from 2nd Day (excluding the date of order). You will get delivered between 11.30 am 6.00 pm. Any specific timeline for delivery, please let us know the same day (Date of Order) before 6pm.
You can cancel your order the same day before 6 pm else before 10 am on the next day, beyond this we could not cancel your order. Cancellation of Vegetables /Fruits refunded only as loyal points.
ORGANIC COW MILK :
We start to deliver the milk from 2nd Day (excluding the date of order) through the village milk delivery team. You will get delivered between 5.30 am & 7.30 am every day without any delay.
You can cancel your order the same day before 6 pm else before 10 am on the next day, beyond this we could not cancel your order. In case If you want to discontinue your subscription or one-day service, please inform us before 6 pm prior day else your order will be processed and that will be counted as one-day served in your subscription. Cancellation of Milk subscription refunded only as loyal points.
- Free Shipping - Orders above Rs.750/- (Excluding Milk/Veggies and Fruits)
- Rs.50 will be charged for the orders less than Rs.750/-
- Flat Rs.75/- will be charged for Vegetables and fruits orders.
NON CHENNAI: Flat Rs.50 on all orders.

How long does Sweet Karam Coffee take for Order Delivery?
- Estimated delivery is given against each order. While sincere efforts are being made to deliver the products within the given time frame, factors like availability, festive seasons, courier delays are bound to happen.
- These factors are constantly monitored to keep any inordinate delays under control. We maintain a cut off time of 14.00 Hrs every day, if you place your order after 2PM, it will be processed on the 2nd day from the date of order. The orders which are placed after 2PM on Friday will be processed only on the next business day.
- The expected delivery timelines are:
- Chennai orders will be delivered in 1-2 business days. (Excluding the date of order)
- Non-Chennai orders will be Dispatched in 1-2 business days and due to the current Covid scenario there is a delay in delivering however it will be delivered in 6-9 business days.
Deliveries across Chennai & Bangalore - Our own delivery executives will deliver your order for orders within Chennai.
Deliveries to Other Region - Courier companies offering the best services are roped in to deliver your products safely for orders outside Chennai.
How will I get information regarding my order delivery?
- Chennai customers will be called by our delivery team prior to their order getting dispatched.
- Non-Chennai customers will receive an AWB No. at the registered email ID using which the tracking can be done using the tracking link attached to the email. The courier partner will get in touch with you prior to the delivery.
What if I am not available during the time of delivery?
- Chennai orders: Delivery will be rescheduled again the very next day.
- Non-Chennai orders: Delivery will be rescheduled again after discussions with our courier partner and the rescheduled date will be provided.
What happens if a wrong address or phone number is provided?
- Chennai orders: Address can be changed by directly calling our customer support number or sending a mail to our official mail id
- Non-Chennai orders: Additional cost of Rs.50 would be charged for changing the address or phone number as charged by the respective courier partner.
What is the procedure to cancel the order? Cancellation of order can be done by calling our customer support number. However, cancellation of order can only be done within two hours of order time.
Can I request for a Proof Of Delivery (POD)? Yes, Proof Of Delivery will be provided two days from the requested date.
What happens when there is a National Holiday? Orders will not be Processed or Dispatched during National Holidays.
Refund Policy - In all the below cases, the products will be returned to us either through our courier partner or to our delivery executive depending on the delivery location. The pickup for which will be scheduled by us.
What if delivery of the order is delayed beyond the given timeline?
- Chennai orders: Order will be arranged for delivery the very next day. If it gets delayed more than 3 days from the shipping policy, order amount will be refunded as loyalty points.
- Non-Chennai orders: Only the dispatch date can be assured by sweetkaramcoffee.in. The issue will be raised with our courier partner and delivery will be arranged as soon as possible. Refunds for Non Chennai Orders will be decided depending on the products shelf life. Refunds will be given only as loyalty points.
What if the product is out of stock? Information will be provided about the same and the product amount will be refunded as loyalty points.
How will I get my refund? Refunds related to any order will be evaluated and will be issued as loyalty points which can be redeemed as store credit to place the subsequent order.
What if the items I have received are damaged? Damages will be verified based on photographs of corresponding products shared by you. Based on the evaluation, the refund will be issued as loyalty points.
Is it possible for me to get the money refunded? No, the refund will only be issued as loyalty points.
What if an item is missed out? You will be notified well in advance regarding the missed out products. Apart from this, if there is a discrepancy in the order, it will be verified with the photographs of the products received against the photograph of the physical invoice attached along with your order. Missed out products will be reshipped or equivalent amount will be issued as loyalty points only.
What if I have a quality complaint? The details regarding the quality complaint must be explained clearly to our customer support executive and equivalent amount will be issued as reward points only, all these are completely up-to management decision.
How long will it take for me to get my refund? Anywhere between 3-5 business days from the date of delivery.
How long do I have to report a complaint regarding a product? Any complaint needs to be raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
