How can I sign up for the rewards program?

Anyone can sign up for the rewards program. All you have to do is create an account on our App if you haven’t already and then login. You will automatically be enrolled to the rewards program and get Instant ₹300 Cash on your 1st order!

How can New Customer redeem up to 300 SKC on the First order?

For the First order only, New users can redeem SKC Cash worth up to 15% of the total cart value (minimum cart value ₹499). To redeem the full 300 SKC, the cart value must be at least ₹1330.

How can I use my SKC Cash?

You can redeem your SKC Cash on your next purchase during checkout worth ₹499 or above, On Payment page by clicking on Redeem under Sweet karam coffee Rewards.

Why have I still not received SKC Cash after placing an order?

Your SKC Cash will be credited to your account 10 days after the order is delivered successfully.

Will my SKC Cash expire?

Yes, your earned SKC Cash will expire after 3 months from the day they were credited to you, if you haven’t used them.

How much SKC Cash can be redeemed per purchase?

A customer can redeem SKC Cash up to 15% of the cart’s total value, but no more than ₹500 can be applied in a single transaction.

How can I earn SKC Cash?

You can earn SKC Cash by signing up and making purchases on the app. You’ll earn ₹15 SKC Cash for every ₹100 spent or 15% Cashback on every ₹1 spent, and the earned SKC Cash will be credited to your account 10 days after your order is delivered.
