Likes: The aurhenticity of products and excellent customer care. The customer is being intimated at every step till the product gets delivered safely.
Improvements: While offering free or sample products please give choice or a range of products for the customer to choose. In my case I was offered filter coffee which I don’t use if I had the option to choose I would select what I like of course within the range of choices given.
