Improvements: Packaging for long distance needs to improve especially chips which break in transit. I received a big box with all the packets without anything to support movement and breakage in handling. Realistic delivery time calculation will also be helpful
Overall good quality items and smell and taste freshly made. I liked everything except ready to fry rice papad have a bit of sour taste which is unexpected as there is no ingredient mentioned which can make it sour.
