  1. Classic Coffee Tiramisu Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of freshly brewed Coffee

  • A pack of Sponge biscuits 

  • ½ cup of powdered sugar

  • 500 grams of Mascarpone Cheese

  • 250 grams of whipped cream

  • 2tsb of Cocoa Powder 

Recipe:

Step 1: Put your coffee in a flat dish; this makes it easy to stay at room temperature and dip the Sponge biscuits in without making a mess.

Step 2: Start by dipping your sponge biscuits in the brewed coffee; one dip is all you need. Then place it in your baking dish. Repeat this process till you have your base layer formed.

Step3: Whip up your Mascarpone along with the whipped cream and sugar till it forms soft peaks. You can add a splash of vanilla extract to this. 

Step 4: Spread a thick layer of your cream mixture on top of the sponge biscuits in the baking dish. 

Step 5: Sprinkle some Cocoa powder on top. 

Step 6: Repeat this layering process once more with the same steps mentioned above. 

Step 7: Refrigerate for a minimum of 3-6 hours.

  1. Coffee Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 and ½ cups of flour

  • 1 cup of powdered sugar

  • 2 tbs cocoa powder

  • 4 tbs of instant coffee powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 stick of soft butter

  • ½ cup of yoghurt or curd 

  • 1 cup of chocolate chips

  • Vanilla Extract

Recipe

Step 1: Mix the butter and sugar till they are soft and creamy. Add in a splash of vanilla to this.

Step 2: Add in the curd and whisk it in.

Step 3: Add in all your dry ingredients and mix it together with a wooden spoon or spatula. 

Step 4: Add in the chocolate chips and give the dough another mix. 

Step 5: Scoop out the dough with an ice cream scooper or a spoon and make small balls. Place these on a baking sheet lined with parchment or baking paper. 

Step 6: Refrigerate these cookie dough balls for 1-3 hours. The longer, the better. 

Step 7: Place these chilled balls into the oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.

Step 8: Allow them to cool down before serving with cold milk. 

  • Coffee Cupcakes with Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of flour

  • 1 cup of powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 stick of butter

  • 3/4th cup of milk 

  • Vanilla Extract 

  • Chocochips

Frosting 

2 sticks of unsalted butter

2-3 spoons of coffee powder

2 cups of powdered sugar

5 spoons of milk 

Recipe

Step 1: Cream the butter and sugar together and whisk in the milk for the batter.

Step 2: Add in the dry ingredients and fold them into the batter. 

Step 3: Add a splash of vanilla and give it a good mix.

Step 4: Scoop out the batter into your cupcake mould lined with cupcake liners.

Step 5: Bake in the oven for 12 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius. 

Step 6: While those are baking, get started on the frosting. Whip the butter and sugar together using an electric blender or whisk till it's creamy and smooth. 

Step 7: Add in the coffee powder and mix again.

Step 8: Slowly add in the milk till you get your desired consistency. 

Step 9: Allow the cupcakes to cool down, and decorate them with the frosting. 

Step 10: Sprinkle some chocochips on top and serve. 

  • Coffee Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups of crushed oreos

  • 1 stick of melted butter

For the filling:

  • 400g cream cheese (at room temperature)

  • 200ml heavy cream or whipping cream (chilled)

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee powder

  • 2 tbsp warm milk (to dissolve the coffee)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1½ tsp gelatin or agar agar powder (for setting)

  • 3 tbsp hot water (to dissolve gelatin/agar)

Optional Topping:

  • Cocoa powder or coffee powder for dusting

  • Chocolate curls or crushed coffee beans

Recipe:

Step 1: Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and sugar until it resembles wet sand.

Step 2: Press the mixture firmly into the base of a springform pan or a loose-bottom tart tin.

Step 3: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

Step 4: In a small bowl, dissolve the coffee powder in warm milk. Let it cool.

Step 5: In another bowl, dissolve gelatin or agar agar in hot water. Stir well and let it cool slightly
