Likes: Efficient, good website, good customer service (generally)
Improvements: check if all items are packed (especially during hectic festival times), train ALL customer service people to be polite--if they cannot help a particular customer, instead of keeping quiet or declining calls, message them to say they will receive a call from someone soon. If Facebook works better in terms of complain resolution, say that.

I was expecting the really soft kind that you get from Krishna sweets. But this was brittle and reminded me of the mysorepak we used to have when we were kids. Good.
