How to use:
1) Cook 4 table spoon Toor Dal with 2 cups water in a pressure cooker.
2) Add desired vegetables to the cooked Toor dal and keep stirring.
3) Add 1-2 table spoon Sambar Powder, 3 cups water, 2 table spoon Tamarind pulp and Salt to taste. Cook well.
4) Temper Mustard seeds, Red chilli, Curry leaves in hot oil add to the Sambar.
5) Enjoy the authentic South Indian Sambar with Rice, Idli, or Dosa.
Store in an air-tight container. Can be refrigerated for longer shelf life.
