- • Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry, hygienic place & away from direct sunlight. Once opened, transfer the contents to an airtight container. Use a dry spoon.
- Ingredients: Foxtail Millet (32%), Rice (17%), Urad Dal, Bengal Gram Dal (9.8%), Beaten Rice, Semolina, Salt, Onion Powder, Green Chilli, Ginger Powder, Cumin, Turmeric Powder and Coriander Leaves.
- How to Cook Millet Adai Mix:
- Steps:
- 1. In a bowl, add 1 measure of Millet Adai Mix, 1 measure of water, and 1/2 measure of sour curd. Mix well to form a batter.
- 2. Set aside for 10 minutes to allow the batter to rest.
- 3. Heat a tawa on medium flame and spread sufficient batter on it. Drizzle 1 Tbsp of oil or ghee on the sides.
- 4. Roast the adai until golden brown on both sides.
- 5. Serve hot!
