How to use:
1) Temper Mustard, Curry leaves and Asafoetida (if reqd) in Gingelly oil.
2) Add required quantity of instant Puliyodarai mix powder to it and saute it for about 2 to 3 minutes.
3) Add cooked rice to this mixture and mix it well. Add salt if required.
Store it in a cool and dry place in an air-tight container
No tamarind taste in this powder. it is like dal powder.
