How to Use:
1) Take 1 cup of the Ragi Puttu flour in a broad vessel. Add a pinch of salt & mix well.
2) Slowly sprinkle 1/2 cup of Luke-warm water, little a time & mix well. Keep doing this till the flour loosely holds shape.
3) Heat the puttu steamer. Fill the puttu maker with alternate layers of flour & coconut. Steam in medium heat till the steam starts coming out of the puttu maker.
4) Remove & serve with Sugar, Ghee or with Kadalai Curry.
